End of Life Doula Services

End-of-Life Doula Support

I offer non-medical support for individuals and caregivers navigating serious illness, aging, dying, or grief. My role is to bring calm presence, thoughtful conversation, and practical guidance during a time that can feel uncertain or overwhelming.

Every approach is shaped by the needs, values, and preferences of the person and their loved ones.

Support may include:

  • Emotional & spiritual companionship through presence, listening, storytelling, prayer, ritual, and sitting vigil
  • Practical guidance with advance care planning, final wishes, vigil planning, and respite for caregivers
  • Education & preparation about what to expect in the dying process, including common physical, emotional, and relational changes
  • Legacy expression through photo projects, recorded interviews, writing, or organizing memories
  • Family & community support including facilitated conversations, resource connections, and post-death rituals or memorial planning

Pricing & Accessibility

I believe that everyone deserves compassionate support, no matter their financial situation. If the listed rates are not manageable for you, please reach out — I do my best to offer a sliding scale when needed.

Initial Consultation — No Charge

Our first conversation (in person or via Zoom) is simply a chance to get to know one another. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, what kind of support might be helpful, and whether I’m the right fit for you and your family.

After that, sessions are shaped around your needs — where you are in the process, what’s shifting, and how much support you want at any given time.

Session Rates

Sessions are 1 hour long.

  • 1 session — $80
  • 3-session bundle — $225
  • 5-session bundle — $350
  • 10-session bundle — $650

Sessions can be used as needed. If there’s a period of stability or improvement, you’re welcome to pause and resume whenever support becomes helpful again.

Payment options: cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.

For travel more than 30 minutes from Lancaster, an additional fee may apply.

How to Begin

You’re welcome to reach out with a brief description of what you’re navigating so I have a sense of your situation before we talk. If you’re not sure how to put it into words, that’s completely okay — just share what you can. From there, we can schedule an in-person or Zoom consultation to talk through what you need.

The capacity to know we will die, and to live in relationship to that knowledge, is part of what makes human life what it is.
